    At the time of sale, we attempted to renew the AVID license for buyer but AVID couldn't quickly renew the license. There seemed to be some confusion with the license. I canceled the sale because I didn't want buyer stuck with a problem. Avid then figured out their problem and renewed the license, at substantial cost to us. It is now transferable and activated through 8/2024. This was explained to this buyer at the time of the sale. We acted responsibly and in buyers best interest.
