    Monster cable splintter.

    Excellent sound with volume controls for both listeners so buds and headphones can listen at the same time at the right volume. And yes, stereo for both. I would highly recommend this product over the cheap Chinese alternative.

    Didn't maintain a connection

    I tried to use this splitter with my fiancé while traveling cross country. Each time we attempted to use it we struggled with getting sound in both headphones. Sometimes one would work then the other. We had to pull the jack partially out to have it work at all. Most of the time the sound was very feint even turned up all the way on the device and splitter. Sorry but this one didn not preform well.

    Great for Speaker headset hookup

    Although this says " Volume Control Buttons" it doesn't control the volume levels as they would have you believe. The buttons only turn the one side or the other off. NO volume control. Otherwise, paired with a Monster 3.5 cable, makes my PC sound better than a normal 3.5 cable did.
