    Seller accepted a reasonable offer but item arrived damaged. Seller claimed because I took the keyboard out of the box they wouldn't be able to make a claim with the carrier. I accepted it as a loss because I did not have the energy to try and convince them to make a claim and give me a partial refund. Seller needs to ship extra heavy fragile items more carefully. Even when they are for parts/repair.
