The also appear to be slightly thinner than 0.46” aka 1.1mm They fit loosely in my scripto pencil but it does latch on to the clutch system allowing the lead to be usable. Just keep in mind if you use them in a 1.1mm pencil results may vary. They may work better in a 0.9mm pencil even though I believe they are meant for 1.1mm pencils. It doesn’t say what size they are on the pack.
