    Non-functional....useless!

    Perfect size front derailleur for my 1974 Peugeot U08.....except that both limit screws were completely fused in place by high strength lock tite. Neither was adjustible at all and the low limit screw broke off trying to turn it. Too bad....this all-metal derailleur fit and worked perfectly otherwise on my old 10-speed racer. Only $10 bucks, so what the hell....but buyers beware!
