I entered the street address AND the box number. BUT, seller just addressed it to the address. So, it took over 2 weeks to deliver. The problem was USPS. The package was shipped on May 5. After leaving Ohio, it went to Las Vegas and remained there until May 13. Then it arrived in Kansas and was delivered. I don't think the address was the problem. I am sorry, but glad you got the item.
