      Excellent quality colored pencils for the price! These are a great value and probably my favorite budget pencils. I received these pencils brand new and they were exactly as described by the seller. They were packaged nicely and I could tell the seller took time to make sure they were packaged with care so they wouldn't get damaged. Shipping was quick as well.
