I contacted the seller, but they were rude and unhelpful, refusing any solution besides a return, which wasn’t feasible due to time constraints. They showed no willingness to resolve the issue or offer alternatives. Damaged boxes are not compensated by the courier so we have to follow the same rules. If the item has been damaged, I could have done something.
