When opened, there was minimal padding to protect the item, just the plastic pouch and thin layer of bubble wrap, pins on the part were bent, plastic portion of the connector broke off and one of the components was dented. Advertised as new, but not sure if it was since there was no sign of original packaging. Contacted the seller. No response...
