    Unfortunately by not proofing the suggested address for this gift, it was sent to the recipients former address. Though I realized my mistake immeidately and quickly and repeatedly contacted the seller, I was told that the mug was dispatched by a computerized system and the package could not be redirected. The package was delivered to the wrong address,is currently missing-probably stolen as expected. All the seller can say is "sorry". Expect no customer service from this seller.
