    Controller board failed

    Controller board failed on the 250gb drive. Should not be a big deal to replace the board from another identical drive. Wrong! You need to find a controller board from a drive made in the same month. That boils down to watching eBay for 6 months until one finally posts with the same firmware. Hey Toshiba, if you're using cheap controller boards, at least use the same firmware for a few months.
