    Neutral to Positive. The Nutririch Oil I received was old stock with a rancid smell, that she had not disclosed in the description, but she admitted it to me. It should not have even been sold. I messaged her. Even though she said she does not do refunds, she did agree to when I told her I was not happy. I don't recall an "I'm sorry" or anything like that, but she was nice enough in the messaging back and forth and did refund my money. I returned the product.
