      The first bottle came empty as it had shifted during shipment, causing the perfume to leach out. However, upon mentioning this to the seller, they were extremely quick to get back to me with a replacement shipment. Second shipment came very well packed both inside the box and outside with protective taping. This was a gift for my grandmother and I am so happy I was able to source her favorite perfume from this seller. They were great with communication and promptness, would buy from them again!

      Cannot remove cap

      The fragrance that came in this bottle was close to the original Realities. I know that because it was all over my kitchen floor when I broke the top off trying to open it. I chose this company to order my perfume because the picture on the posting showed any square gold metal piece with a small blue cap that opens easily. That is not when I got. I contacted the company and they said they could not help with instructions for opening. Second time this has happened to me. Not happy.
