Reached out to seller on 8th. They said "let me look into it for you". I told them it had been SEVEN days, what is there to look into? They had "issues with their supplier". I had to follow up again because it was a birthday gift, which I explained prior. A really weak way of conducting business. Accept your mistakes or shortcomings, like every seller should. Not recommended
