      Well packaged and quickly shipped. Item was missing a proprietary adapter off of the HDD caddie which was not in the description. I did ask prior to purchase about the caddie, but did not specifically ask about the adapter. Lesson learned on my part. The seller did respond quickly to my messages, but offered up no help for the missing part, and said sorry for the inconvenience. I thankfully was able to source a correct part, which salvaged this laptop build, for almost the laptop's price.
