    a complete dirt bag buyer be are: i received projector and i feel that you were less than honest with your description. the lens is filthy outside and inside, making it imposable to ever get a sharp image. i am unable to turn the focusing ring and the QR code to setup the projector on my phone.now i see that you dont take returns, i am giving you the chance of doing the right thing and issue a refund. the other option you have is to refuse and i will open a complaint to e bay and leave negative

    Item was brand new in perfect working condition. Was set out as display. Fully tested and videoed before shipped. Buyer upset about a no return policy and decided to leave negative feedback. Adjustment knob is simply a wheel that turns by lens , stated lens was dirty inside and out , if so buyer took unit apart as lens is in airtight compartment and no way for dust to get in. Full instructions was sent on what apps to download and how to connect device to phone since buyer stated QR code missing

    Item was damaged in shipping advised buyer to make an insurance claim as it was covered for more than paid. Not sure if language barrier but only receive same response as in feedback with each response.
