On the item however one of the small second hands was fallen off and was floating on the face. I had to get it fixed locally and the seller refused to credit me part of the cost. He didn't have a replacement item, he did offer return which I appreciate however this was the item I wanted. He tried to lowball me on price, although the listing did not have OBO listed. Ultimately, he tried a different, deceiving route, to pay less for the watch, by mentioning a BOGUS defect!!
