Seller then tried to blame it on shipping or “operator error or operator damage”. A tool designed to be dropped from high ladders does not get broken during shipment. Box and bubble wrap not damaged. I am very familiar with function of power tools. Asked for a UPS return label multiple times, was ignored and sent USPS label instead. Great price turned out too good to be true.Reply from: dapj23- Feedback replied by seller dapj23.- Feedback replied by seller dapj23.Customer was offered multiple options including a full refund, or for or the tool to be sent to be repaired by the factory. Customer demanded that send a return label with a shipping carrier that was convenient for him. Would not do business with this customer again. Not sure why ebay would allow negative feedback to be left when a full refund was issued to the customer when the tool was received back.
