I could see it was broken before I took it out of the plastic bag it was sealed in. Not a deal breaker. Overall, the doll was in very good condition.Time from order to delivery was a bit long, but within promised time, and it was packaged well, no funky moldy smell, and it was cushioned.to protect it.
