      The headlight ring was great. However, my complaint is when a seller list "or best offer", and e bay sets up and regulates the obo, the seller should at least respond to a offer. When it became obvious that the seller was not even going to respond, I went ahead and purchased at asking price just to finish a project. Shipping was also on the high side and in fact did not cost what the shipping cost charged. This seller, as far as I'm concerned, made two false claims for profit. Not again.
