    North by Northwest

    The DVD North by Northwest is a very good movie. The one thing that I really like about buying DVD's is that many of the old movies have been placed on DVD's. This is a movie that was directed by Alfred Hitchcock and it's main characters are Cary Grant and Eva Marie Saint. At the time that the movie was made Alfred Hitchcock was one of the premier directors of "Who Done It" movies. It's a great, clean thriller that keeps you guessing all the time. It doesn't matter if you are young or old, if you like older movies you will definitely enjoy this movie. The other thing that is great about this movie is that it takes place in a time frame when train travel was still used a lot and that it takes place at the beginning of the Cold War and its final scenes are shot on Mount McKinley.     Cary Grant one of his best performances

    Excellent move with multiple twists. Cary Grant great performance enjoyed his humor in this movie. Fantastic score by Bernard Herman, and of course excellent direction by Alfred Hitchcock Owning it is a plus so now I don’t have to rent it anymore when I want to watch it.
