I placed a bid & eBay then set it up where I would be automatically charged if my bid was successful. I won this item for $10 & was automatically charged. After I placed my bid somehow the shipping charge was changed to $13.22, so that added about $7.20 to the order including tax. eBay never alerted me to the change & I saw this after receiving item. Seller kept changing their story thru messages. Totally unsatisfactory.
