    I ordererd this computer with the understanding it woule be here on the 14th. of this month and its the 1th and still a few days to get here. Maybe the next customer will look twice before ordering from this place. Not a happy customer.

    This unit was shipped out the day after it was ordered. We almost always use USPS Priority Mail that is 1-3 shipping (as we did with this order). eBay estimates the delivery, but this item was held up by USPS in Indianapolis for four days. We do our best to get the item shipped out, but delays on carriers are most time outside our control. We are sorry about the inconvenience this has caused, but this is not common for the units we have shipped in the last two year.

    I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from this seller. The laptop I received was in significantly worse condition than described in the listing. The laptop had visible damage to the monitor hinge and a bent case. There are suspicions of possible photoshopping to conceal defects. I advise future buyers to scrutinize listing photos meticulously and not rely solely on the description provided by this seller.

    I have reported this buyer to eBay. I shipped this device to a USA address (I do not ship internationally because of the liability), and received notifications two months later that looked like it was damaged to the anti-theft port. Upon asking why it had taken two months to inform me about the issue they said they reshipped it overseas. Cleary from the pictures it is not just damage to the port, but the entire back of the unit. It was dropped or damaged during shipping overseas the buyer did.
