    DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller. I ordered skis and provided my PO Box. After a week with no tracking info, the seller claimed the skis were returned because he was out of town and then shipped them via UPS. The skis never arrived, and eBay issued a refund. When I tried to contact the seller for clarification, they stopped responding. Unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

    This buyer was informed of potential holiday shipping delays yet still expected immediate delivery on an unrealistic timeline. They insisted on urgency beyond what the chosen method could provide. We clearly communicated expectations and did our best to accommodate, but they were unwilling to acknowledge normal transit times. The item was delivered without issue, and the buyer ultimately kept it. We are always transparent and responsive, but we cannot control carrier speeds during peak season.
