        If I didn't know it was used, I'd think it was brand new. Works great, didn't even need to do any cleaning. Not exactly quiet once the fans get going, but, not loud either.

        I haven't actually turned the unit on, but I'm sure it works. I have taken it apart. The top cover was extremely difficult to remove. Somehow, my sweet wife managed to get it open. I looked at the internal components. The M.2 SSD hard drive is quite small physically, but thankfully, there are two plastic tac-downs that are placed at key places for one of two sizes of M.2 SSD. Because the drive is only 128GB, I've ordered a full-size M.2 SSD. I've ordered 64GB of RAM, too.

        Very little expansion

        Product is as described, but your upgrade options are much more limited than they appear. While it has an AM4 socket, it did not work with a Ryzen 3400G, and the cooler is nonstandard. Power supply is nonstandard and not upgradeable. The RAM that ran fine for years in my gaming PC, this PC refused to boot when it was installed.
