      Graded F for quality and communication. Completely disappointed with this purchase. The first run on the mountain, and the sole ripped apart and was unusable. When I contacted seller, he sent me a long message defending the product not lasting a single run down the mountain in a very rude and demeaning way. I will never buy from this seller again.

      After two months buyer sent message asking for me for refund. Claiming snowboard boots failed on first day (which later turned into first run).Not sure how the sole would rip off. The bindings hold the boots by the back ankle and top of foot. Not by the sole(I've been snowboarding for 30 years)Boots were photographed/in good shape when shippedShe didn't sent a picture or any proof nor did they want to return the boots.Her claim was because her son bought them she should receive money back.
