Upon receipt, I washed/dried the duvet cover and shams exactly as instructed on the tag. They definitely needed pressing. Biggest complaints: extremely scratchy fabric for '100% washed cotton'; and the fact that a white zipper was used on a nearly navy-blue cover. Cheapens the look.
