    Item was new in packaging. Great price and looks great and works well. This makes me believe it was from lg and not a knock off. Very disappointed in shipping. Paid for item on 3/22 and label was printed for shipping next day but didn't arrive at usps for 3 days and they took forever to deliver 4/7. Almost 2 weeks. Ridiculous. Besides that it was a great transaction.
