Unfortunately, when an item is SHIPPED, I DONT & CANT GUARANTEE- the box will arrive exactly how it was dropped off or that screws won't become loose in the box (it's always a possibility when using shipping). However, I will amke sure that ALL of the pieces to assemble are included, that the item is as described (brand new in your case) and that its properly packaged to give it the best chance of arriving without damage.
