    The seller canceled the item after waiting the full five days, only to claim it was damaged. Had they canceled immediately, I wouldn’t have had any issue. I suspect the real reason was that the shipping cost was too high. Regardless, waiting over five days and then blaming it on damage reflects poor customer service. Communication from the seller was also inadequate.
