    Surefire EP10 ear plugs

    Never really liked any of the foam ear plugs that fit into the ear, primarily because of comfort but thought I'd give these shot due to the great reviews. And glad I tried them out because they blocked out all gun shots (from an indoor range) better than my over the ear muffs, and never started hurting my ears after an 1 hr of shooting. And for the reviews that people say they did not block sound well, I'm guessing they just didn't have the ear plugs in correctly. It did take me a couple times at first to get them fitted correctly (but not rocket science). So FIVE STAR rating for me.

    Great for shooting!

    Love the SureFire EP10 hearing protection for shooting. These are much better than over the ear protection when shooting a rifle as the over the ear can get in the way of the stock. They are lightweight, easy to carry in my pocket and don't take up much room for storage. The only negative on these is the foam inserts. I prefer the ones without the foam inserts but that is just my preference.

    EP-10 Ear Plugs

    I work at an outdoor shooting range; these puppies provide excellent sound dampening over a broad spectrum. After eight hours of working the firing line; I can hear normally with no ringing in my ears.

    Great for mild to moderate hearing protection

    Would not recommend for high DB situations such as firing a high powered rifle, or pistol in doors. Otherwise product is good for lesser DB situations and stays snug in place.
