      I paid quite a bit for shipping and even so the seller would only accept a drop off. I missed their messages about this, and the seller didn't respond for 3 weeks then cancelled the order saying they no longer had the item. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

      Sold I sell the buyer a mattress half the MSRP price. I reach out for some clarifications on shipment, repeatedly sent out messages for couple weeks with no response. I gave the full refund. I will not ship an item to unresponsive low feedback buyer as they are known to cause problems.
