Seller did everything they were supposed to do, professionally packed & shipped, and is as pictured. I've ordered 4 other boxes of the same brand off Ebay from different sellers & 3 out of the 4 did the same thing. These are 30 year old, intricate, fragile objects, sometimes this just happens.
