      Very nice light!

      This light is bright! It's not a super tight focused beam for real long distance, but the field of light is incredible. For example, at approximately 100 yards, this thing lights up a large area. My Maglite XL50 at the same distance lights up a much smaller and focused area. The XL50 is bright, but not as bright as this PX1. These two lights get compared a lot, and my take is that the Maglite is great for a long distance tightly focused beam, and this PX1 is super bright, and will light up whatever you need, and in a large area. It will nicely shine at long distances, just not a small tight focused beam. Bottom line? You won't go wrong with the PX1. It is incredibly bright, and you do have a battery saving 25% power mode, as well as an adjustable beam to a nice flood light if needed. I ...
