The listing description said "new" for condition and it did arrive in what appears to be unused / clean condition with the factory paperwork but the original bag was already torn open with the item able to be fully removed. It wasn't pictured so that was a bit of a surprise. I'm still happy because, in the end, it's clean and smell / blemish free with no clear signs of use at all. I would recommend this seller!
