What arrived was a normal clamshell laptop, which was very disappointing. The Latitude 7420 comes in two versions I've now learned. However, I decided to keep it as in every other respect it is in excellent condition and I can live with the disappointment. The hassle of returning it wasn't worth it. Otherwise, the service was good.
