        Poorly packaged. No protection, only a small amount of bubble wrap. Corners on box damaged

        We were never notified of a problem. They say the outside of the box was damaged. We had put it in some bubble wrap. The item itself was not damaged only the outside. Even after neutral feedback, we offered a full refund and they said no.
