        Would never recommend Sennheiser again

        I should have done more research on the product, so this is NOT an issue with the seller. The product design, function and capability is very much inferior than lesser priced products. This product has dramatically decrease my standing of the Sennheiser product line. Overall I'm very disappointed with my choice and would never recommend, this product and would think twice before recommending any Sennheiser product, especially given the support I didn't receive.
