I ran water through & alot of debris came out. Now, I'm going to have to run some sort of sanitizer through coffee maker to insure that mold or bacteria hasn't settled in coffee maker. Didn't appreciate seller listing item as new when the coffee maker was clearly in used condition. Also, the cup holder is missing from the box. Very dissatisfied with item.
