My only surprise was that the entire turbo, including the coolant and oil lines had been refinished, bead blasted maybe? One of the turbo studs was shorter than the other two and the nut just barely fit. Still deep into my project, but a quick drive around the block proved it worked well and haven’t seen any leaks.
