The trigger shoe was about .005" smaller in all dimensions compared to my Springfield Operator factory trigger. Once installed and trigger bow adjusted, the trigger does have minimal play and the flat face allows for a much more smoother straight pull back. I replaced the set screw in the trigger for a longer one to allow more loctite on the threads. Definately worth the price!

I immediately contacted the vendor to request a refund. That afternoon I received instructions on returning the slide stop, including a shipping label. The next day I was contacted by the vendor to apologize for the mixup, and to assure the refund would be issued upon the return of the item. Hats off to the vendor for customer service.
