Carpet on box came sagging very bad not properly wrapped on one side. I didn’t even complain instead I was trying to get another box made for 15’s. Seller reads my messages and ignores them and declines my phone calls. It’s tuned exactly to where we talked about and the cutout diameter is perfect. I’m super happy with my purchase! It looks so nice and for the price you can’t beat it!
