Adjustable, but even at full length its just a little small. If you are a LARGE (6' 200lb or bigger) person this MAY not be a good fit. But the quality seems to be here. The hardware seems decent. Overall 4.75/5 Id say. Could use another 3" of length for me but this bought for a youth so will be great for my purposes.
