As others have mentioned the instructions, they need to be studied in advance before beginning. I had no problem installing the frame. And yes, you need two people to install. It took me under an hour. I had assumed that the frame would lay on the deck during transport, but it definitely stays upright at an angle. That's on me. I have to loosen the allen screw on each side to store it under my garage. A+

It fits my 76 wide boat perfectly. It looks great. Im so happy. But i had to send one back. The process was easy though. I have no complaints aside its not sized properly

Even though it was a few dollars more I could not believe how much nicer the motor cover was. It was brand new in the box and shipped quickly. I highly recommend this cover.
