    This was a very disappointing transaction. First, the order didn't ship for a month. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent out the item and provided me with a tracking number and an excuse that there was some confusion with Fedex. Once the item did arrive, it was damaged. It wasn't packaged well. This was a copper shower head and came in a soft Fedex envelop. It should have been in a box. I contacted the seller about the item twice and they have not responded. Avoid buying here!!!
