    It was not new as listed. The product was repacked in one of those bags you suck the air out with a vacuum cleaner. Being that it's insulting values is based on the space between the fibers trapping air, repacked as it was crushed the fibers and reduced it's insulting values. Once you repack something like this product in a vacuum sealer bag it never regains it's original fullness. Thus never again having the original insulating value. I guess that's why the seller has a no returns policy.
