When we tried to get a resolution after alot of correspondance & sending photos w/ measurements clearly showing this item was made wrong/sized wrong, they still refused to help us. And, it took almost a month to get the part because they didn't have the original item we ordered in stock after we paid for it. We ordered black and had to get chrome. Terrible to deal with.
