Reached out to the seller who claims all their stocks were healthy & cannot send a replacement. Never buying nor do i recommend buying. Plants arrived practically white & still have not gotten their green color back. I have over 40 plants & none have had this bacteria. I dont even know what it is so I cant treat it. The buyer complained after 45 DAYS. If the bamboos arrived damaged or if there is any problem with the bamboos, it should have been reported to the seller immediately or within 24 hours upon receiving (NOT AFTER 45 DAYS). All our lucky bamboos are guaranteed healthy and guaranteed well packaged to avoid damage while in transit. Our customers are happy and satisfied as you can check with the feedbacks.
