You do have to get the long pipes yourself from Home Depot and I will say that I'm lucky that my partner is handy. But the instructions on what to order is very clear and when we put it all together it was actually not difficult to do. I recommend order "reed fencing" from Home Depot as well for the top. When you look on line for this stuff and they know it's for a Sukkah, they overcharge you an arm and a leg. It's about $30 or something from HD.

They are showing a complete suka, including the vertical and horizontal metal pieces, but when you receive the package, all those are missing. Down at the end of the full description they send you to Home Depot to buy these which cost a couple a hundred dollars.
