    Contacted seller and told him they were definitely opened and he agreed, I will attach the conversation. The Packages look like they were look like they were left outside for a long time, as you will see that in the picture. The condition of the packages are horrible can't read most of what it says out of the 7 two were in excellent condition. Even the two newer packs were open I contacted the seller to make things right so we didn't have to go this route but he obviously chose different.

    This guys a liar. I never said that the packages were opened because they were not. Some of them were hanging on my pegboard for 20 yrs. and never used. He bought them at a discount then he said he wanted half his money back or he would ruin my rating. So I banded him.
